Our modern Fitness Center offers a complete line of CYBEX exercise equipment, plus everything you need for a complete workout - treadmills, stair climbers, exercise cycles, and much more. Certified personal fitness trainers are also available.
Facilities include two multipurpose gyms, a 25 yard heated saline chlorinated indoor lap pool, a 25 meter outdoor swimming pool, and a kiddie pool for the little ones. We also house 2 indoor four-wall raquetball courts and 4 hard court tennis courts. We offer low and medium impact step classes, firm and tone classes, pilates and yoga at our 1,000 sq. ft. aerobics and dance studio. We also provide steam, sauna and whirlpools, plus safe locker rooms for children and adults. Babysitting and children's programs are available.
